BEONE GEOCODING
In the last release of the management software Nova Systems launched BeOne Geocoding, the feature from BeOne's integration with Cloud Google Maps Platform. The goal? Enable freight forwarders to increase data entry speed and data quality.
This is possible thanks to Google's solutions: any address can be geolocalised, eliminating any chance of error and enabling trip optimisation. Managed data have been enhanced to give companies the opportunity to expand into Business to Consumer. The BeOne user is in fact now even allowed to manage the addresses of private individuals, not only those of companies, so as to coordinate B2C traffic as well.
DATA INTERCHANGE SYSTEM – EDI
All features are integrated to simplify operations.
The EDI data interchange system, through its Geocoding functionality, converts addresses into geographic coordinates, handling any non-geocoded addresses in an integrated and simple manner. In the Beone CRM, starting from a geographical coordinate, it is thus possible to know which customers are located within a given kilometre radius.
Another innovation developed in the software is the BeOne Route Optimiser, which makes it possible to optimise Picking and Delivery lists, creating optimised routes that consider the Picking or Delivery request date and opening and closing times.
THE BEONE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Nova Systems has adopted the Qlik Sense platform for the development of Business Intelligence.
What does it consist of?
The solution offers an interactive experience, thanks to which the freight forwarder has the chance to create new applications or specific views tailored to his needs. The platform adapts accordingly to the cognitive and analytical skills of the individual user and allows customised reporting with the statistics analysis of operational data, economic-financial performance, and business results, both at individual company and group consolidated level.
