MULTI – COMPANY
The Erp management software supports different companies’ information belonging to the same corporate group in a single database. As a result, the basic archives are unique for all group companies, and cover the peculiarities of the individual legal entities. In this way, a shipment involving several companies of the same group is treated as a shipment of a unique entity, with a single shipment number and tracking across all companies. Data thus no longer has to be transmitted via EDI, a novelty that helps to make processes extremely simple. The result? A significant increase in proactivity and efficiency within the corporate group.

MULTI – TRANSPORT
Multi-transport is also a breakthrough for operators in the sector. Thanks to BeOne Global, shipments can be segmented into different transport types and traffic sectors, with the advantage of being managed as a single shipment, with a unique tracking and with the chance of easily obtaining analytical accounting for each individual shipment, even if it is managed by different companies within the Group. For example, in case of different companies, but part of the same holding company, an export shipment is considered an import for the receiving company. In real terms, an air export shipment from an Italian company to its American subsidiary will already be present in the air import form of the American company, with the same shipment number. The same shipment can then be routed as a sea export, still with the same shipment number.

To boost connections between companies and people located in different countries, multi-language functionality was developed in BeOne Global.
