Ship voyages and positioning function

Thanks to BeOne, it is possible to manage the positioning of containers and the ship voyages of maritime companies can be entered. It is also possible to indicate the Transit Time, the departure dates of the various ports at which the ship calls, manage the trans-shipments with the indications of the various feeders .
With the “Ship voyages” function, shipping agents can schedule all the future departures of the various companies, for the various destination ports. It is also possible to publish the information directly on the website after implementing it. In this way, the information is immediately visible to clients, which can thereby organise the collection of the merchandise, based on the departure dates of the various ship voyages.

It is possible to request the positioning of one or more containers to one or more suppliers, through BeOne's "Positioning" function. Each supplier can be combined with the individual container loading/unloading points.

Shipping agents can also make available to their clients, on their own websites, the ship voyages data, ship departures, the ports where the ship will dock, the CUT OFF periods and the voyage frequency T/T Transit Time.

Now it is not only possible to enter and print the bills of lading in BeOne, but also, through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), send them in a few seconds to INTTRA, one of the main global suppliers of e-commerce solutions for the maritime shipments sector. Through INTTRA, shipping agents or NVOCC can be connected to the most important carriers in maritime traffic.

Through the “Maritime groupage” module, it is possible to consolidate the various Houses by grouping them by destination port. The software enables a constant global view to be obtained of the Houses that are yet to be consolidated, indicating in real time the cases that need to be managed. From the Manifest, it is possible to print all the documents required for the import/export and transhipment of the merchandise.

Finally, with BeOne, the bills of lading (House Bill of Lading – HBL) can be issued.
